Shelfie turns a single photo of your real product into clean, marketplace-ready and lifestyle images using AI. You keep ownership of what you upload and what you generate. We charge a fixed monthly price for a fixed number of image renders — no fake “unlimited,” no surprise charges. By using Shelfie you agree to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Shelfie (“Shelfie,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the Shelfie website, studio and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use Shelfie. We use Google Sign-In for authentication; you are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity that happens under your Shelfie account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Shelfie is offered on credit-capped monthly plans. Each generated image is a real AI render with a real cost, so every plan includes a fixed number of image “shots” per month rather than unlimited usage. Current plans are:

Prices, plan names and included shot counts are shown on our pricing page and may change over time. If we change pricing for a plan you are actively paying for, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
Once paid plans are available, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused shots. Because the free tier requires no card, you can simply stop using it at any time.
You retain all ownership of the images and other materials you upload (“Input”). By uploading Input, you represent that you own it or have all rights and permissions necessary to use it with Shelfie — including any rights in products, logos, packaging, artwork or trademarks shown — and that your use does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a limited license to process, store and transform your Input solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate your output images and your generation history).
Shelfie generates output images from your Input using third-party AI models (currently Google’s Gemini image generation). As between you and Shelfie, you own the output images you generate and may use them for your commercial listings and marketing, subject to these Terms and the rights of any third parties depicted. Shelfie is designed to preserve your actual product and only change the surrounding scene, lighting and background; however, AI output is probabilistic and we cannot guarantee that every render will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for a particular marketplace’s rules. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it.

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Google for sign-in and Gemini for image generation. We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and features (including plan availability and pricing) may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shelfie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or USD $50.
You may stop using Shelfie at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses you grant, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
